Who is responsible for your data

My Ideal Apps, a freelance web development business based in Vic (Osona), Spain, is the data controller.

What I collect

I only collect the data you choose to send through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your company (optional)
• The service you are interested in and the details of your project

Why I use it and the legal basis

I use this data for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

I do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting working relationship. If no project starts, I delete the message within 12 months. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or share your contact-form data with third parties for their own purposes. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes the technical request that delivers your message; it acts as a data processor on my behalf. Your enquiry is delivered to my own email inbox.

If you accept advertising cookies, measurement data is shared with Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) for Google Ads, and may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and tracking

Essential storage: the only thing always stored on your device is a small “theme” value in your browser's local storage, which remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It never leaves your device and is not used to identify you. Because it is strictly necessary for a feature you actively choose, it does not require consent.

Advertising and measurement cookies: with your consent, I use Google Tag Manager to load Google Ads tags that measure the performance of advertising campaigns. These cookies are set by Google. I use Google Consent Mode, so they load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner — and not at all if you click “Reject”.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Have it corrected if it is wrong
• Have it deleted
• Restrict or object to its processing
• Receive a copy in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
